Ingredients Needed:
1 Qt. Heavy Cream
3 Oz. 10x Sugar
1 Oz. Whip Cream Stabilizer
Directions:
Place the stabilizer and 10x sugar into whipping bowl and mix dry. Add the cream and whip until firm. Do not overwhip.
Note:
More 10x sugar can be used if a sweeter cream is desired. Cream and bowl should be cold. Whip on medium speed, until firm.
