Recipe and Directions
- Place on the Stove
- 3 qt of Water
- 2 Lbs. Sugar
- Mix Smooth
- 1lb. Country Creme
- 1qt. Water
Bring water and sugar to boil, add mixture. Stir constantly to prevent scorching and bring to second boil. Remove the kettle from the stove and pour filling into a clean container to cool- Do not stir.
Now it’s ready to fill your Eclair or Cakes!
