To melt white chocolate chips on top of brownies, preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes until they are just slightly underdone. Allow them to cool to room temperature. Place white chocolate chips on top in an even layer. Bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes until melted. Spread the melted white chocolate chips evenly over the cooled brownies, decorate with additional chips allow it to cool, and serve!

Cookies and Cream Brownies

To make Cookies and Cream Brownies, preheat the oven to 350°F and bake your favorite brownie recipe for 25-30 minutes. Once done, allow them to cool completely. Spread a generous amount of Fluff onto the brownies. Top with Medium Oreo cookie pieces and spread the crumbs evenly over the Fluff. Melt some white chocolate chip and drizzle the melted chocolate over the Oreo cookie crumbs. Cut into pieces and serve!

Salted Caramel Pecan Brownies

Make a batch of salted caramel pecan brownies with Johnson’s Dutch Brownie Mix, Peter’s Caramel Loaf, Medium Pecan Pieces and Maldon Sea Salt for a perfectly decadent treat. Cheesecake Brownies

Making Cheesecake brownies with Johnson’s New Dutch Brownie Mix is easy and delicious! Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Grease a baking pan with butter or cooking spray. Make the brownies according to the recipe. Mix until a thick batter forms, then pour half of it into the pan. Next add a layer of Henry and Henry Cream Cheese Filling. Finally pour in the remaining brownie batter and swirl it around to create a marbled effect. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into squares and enjoy!

 

Our New Dutch Brownie Recipe

Pre-heat oven to 350F* Directions: Place in the bowl with a Paddle Mixer

1lb Whole Eggs

12 oz Water

3 lbs 4 ozs 6x Sugar

1 lb 8ozs Cake Flour

1 lb Brownie Base

12 ozs Liquid Shortening (or 8oz Shortening and 4 ozs. Butter Melted)

1 lb Chopped Nuts

½ oz. Vanilla 

Mix until smooth. Pour into a greased and flour dusted baking pans. Place in the 350f oven and bake for 30-35min or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed clean. Careful to not overbake. Let cool. Cut and enjoy.
